Everyone knows that if you need to find a file or a folder, Windows has its own built-in search feature. However, this doesn´t seem to have improved through the years. Instead, it is quite limited in Windows 10. In this scenario, Wise JetSearch certainly appears as a valid alternative to Windows search feature.
This utility has a nice and straightforward interface. Although you can configure the application to start along with the system, it won´t bother you as it stays hidden as a small rectangle on the top of the screen. So, whenever you need to find a file, you can simply go there, choose a drive location, type the key words and wait for the results. Luckily, it supports wildcards and filtering by file types as well. You will probably be pleased to receive almost instant results. However, the search has some limitations, as you cannot conduct it within a specific folder.
In general, Wise JetSearch is very quick. However, it can´t do full-text searches or find files inside archives as Copernico can. Besides, it would be nice to have a contextual menu command added to search specific disk locations.
